AP Public Holidays List 2016 Govt General Holidays & Optional Holidays
The State Government Of Andhra Pradesh has released the list of AP Public holidays. Which include the 19 general holidays and 23 optional holidays for this whole year. The Committee of AP has released G.O.RT no. 3957 dated on 05.12.2014 pertaining the AP Holidays List 2015. This committee has include the national holidays and local festivals in the lists of holidays.
State government has prepared the list of holidays separately because of the state festivals which account for more holidays. This time he AP Government has made it clear that all the government offices under the AP state government will be closed on second Saturdays and Sundays in every month in 2016. This AP Government has provided the opportunity for the candidates working Hyderabad and Secunderabad to use the optional holidays on festivals and occasions but not exceeding five days.

Candidates those interested in knowing the holidays list for the coming year can find it from below. Many people will be seeing the calendar for the list of holidays. This holidays will be valid for all the staff working under AP Government like the Industrial Establishment and Public Undertakings under the control of the State Government, the workmen engaged in Public Works Departments and Educational Institutions in this State.
Separate orders regarding the festivals/occasions when these Institutions to observe holidays shall be issued by the concerned Administrative Department of the Secretariat. The date for Optional Holiday declared for Vana Mahotsavam in November/ December 2015 shall be intimated latter.
