GATE qualified and eligible candidates in 2014 and 2015, GPAT and AP PGECET 2015 qualified and eligible candidates are reported to attend counseling web PGEC AP / AP PGECET for admission to M.Tech courses ME / / M.Pharmacy for the year academic 2015-16 in accordance with the timetable set out below in any of the online Help Center.

- University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Kakinada.
- SRR & CVR Govt. College, Vijayawada.
- Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
- AUonline counseling center, Opp. School of distance education, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
- SV University, old MBA Building, Tirupati.
Candidates have to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs.450/- SC / ST candidates and Rs.900/- for the others at the time of the certificate verification.
Certificates to be submitted: The following original certificates are to be produced and a set of photocopies thereof must be submitted at the time of verification.
- GATE Score / GPAT / AP PGECET Rank Card & AP PGECET Hall Ticket.
- PC/Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks of qualifying Examination.
- Memo of SSC or its equivalent
- Study certificates from 10th class to Graduation
- Certificate of residence for the past seven years, that is from the qualifying examination, graduation in relation to candidates who have private study and without any formal education (Adhar / House hopes card card)
- Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates
- Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P/Telangana excluding the period of their employment outside A.P/Telangana from M.R.O. in case of candidates who studied outside the state of AP/Telangana
- Transfer Certificate
- Income Certificate/house hold card (white)
