Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) has issued notification JAM entrance examination for admission to courses M.Sc. Eligible and interested candidates can apply through the online mode not later than 14 October 2015.
Admission to the various academic programs at IIT and IISC for the session 2016-2017 will be made on the basis of merit list all of India JAM 2016. Candidates who meet the requirements of any test paper JAM 2016 will be eligible to apply for admission to all degree programs.

STRUCTURE AND MODE OF JAM 2016: JAM 2016 examination will be held on February 07, 2016 (Sunday). JAM 2016 will have seven Test Papers each of three hours duration. For all the papers, JAM 2016 examination will be conducted in ONLINE mode ONLY. A candidate can appear in either one Test Paper or two Test Papers by paying an additional fee for the second test paper. Candidates opting to appear in two Test Papers must check from the Test Schedule that these Test Papers are not scheduled in the same session.
Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks.
