JEE Main 2015 Ranks List to be Delayed Further by JOSA
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) did not announce the Common Access Test (Main) ranks I and II working paper until late on Sunday night.

The CBSE had not been able to announce the ranks in time as many state councils had not sent the Class XII CBSE brands. JEE (Main) rows are calculated on 60% weighting (Main) brand JEE and 40% to class XII scores.
The CBSE had also published a notice in major newspapers calling on the boards of upper secondary education in the country to announce its results for class XII, in his absence, the All India JEE (Main) ranks of candidates not affected joints CBSE would be released and would not be responsible for it.
Despite the uncertainty, officials of IIT Bombay said revenue are not likely to be affected.
“Once the CBSE releases the ranks, they have to be sent to National Informatics Centre (NIC), which will check and upload the data.We can then activate the portal and open it for registrations immediately, as we are prepared,” an IIT official said.
The wait is causing anxiety among students. “My JEE (Advanced) range is 65, so the network range is unlikely to affect me, but if the admission process is delayed, it could mean that the academic year begins later than expected,” said Devansh Shah, a resident of Andheri.
