COMEDK PGET 2016 Notification for PG Medical & Dental Admission

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka(COMEDK) released Post Graduate Entrance Test notification for Medical/Dental PG Course admissions and Interested candidates can apply. Desirous and eligible candidates may apply online or offline mode before 2nd January 2016.

Examination Date: 17th January 2016

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should passed their MBBS / BDS from an Institution recognized by MCI / DCI.

Applicant must have completed or be completing their internship by 30th April 2016 at the latest.

Candidates should meet all the requirements stipulated by MCI / DCI from time to time.

They should have obtained permanent registration with the MCI / DCI or any of the State Medical / Dental Council.

Registration Fee: Candidates have to pay registration fee of Rs.3,000/- through online mode through net banking, credit card or debit card. The candidates who wish to pay fee through offline mode, draw challan at any branch of Axis bank.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may register through COMEDK website,www.comedk.org.  Register online with valid email ID, Mobile number. Read all instruction before filling the application. Upload scanned JPEG image format photograph and signature of prescribed size. After fee payment submit the filled in application before the last date. Candidates are advised to take printout of the application form for future reference.

PGET Exam syllabus: The scope of the syllabi for the Post Graduate Medical/ Dental entrance test is based on the M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. syllabus as prescribed by MCI / DCI respectively.

PGET Test Pattern: There will be one separate test for PG Medical and another separate test for PG Dental Courses. Each test will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions. Each test paper has two sections. Duration of the exam is three hours.
