National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is carried out National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) for students studying in class X. Eligibility: All students studying in standard X are eligible to apply for this scholarship program. A student of any state can join this plan and scholarship exam. If a student is a government or a private school, he / she is eligible to apply NTSE 2016.
