- Mark Sheets of 10th to Graduation and further education certificates if studied
- Proof of Document of Age/date of birth
- Certificate having passed the punjabi language
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority for reservation candidates and OBC category certificate for OBC candidates
- Medical Certificate if PWD
- A copy of Discharge Certificate, Retirement/Pension Order and the document showing proof of rank in case of Ex-Servicemen.
- Two Recent Passport size photographs same as affixed on Call Letter for Written Test.
- No objection certificate from employer in case of serving employees of Government/ Public Sector undertaking (including Banks)
- Print out of the online application form.
- Prescribed Biodata Form duly filled in and photo attested by Gazetted Officer affixed thereon.
