CTET Feb Exam Dates Notification 2016

Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) notification for 2016. Eligible & Interested candidates can apply through online mode on or before last date.

CTET is conducted for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII. The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands and NCT of Delhi.

Eligibility:

Classes I to V: Primary Stage- Candidates must have senior secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year diploma in elementary education.

For Classes VI to VIII: Elementary Stage– Candidates must have passed Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year diploma in elementary education.
