CIPET Joint Entrance Examination 2015 Dates Announced

The Central Institute of Plastic Engineering Technology, Chennai has notified the date for its Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) of 2015. The review is scheduled to be held on July 12, 2015.

The CIPET JEE is taken by students who want admission to these courses-Master in Engineering or Technology or Engineering Plastics Technology (ME, M.Tech- PE / PT) Master of Polymer Technology Nano Technology (M.Tech-PNT ), M.Sc Polymer Science, Materials Science and Engineering, Engineering CAD or CAM, Biopolymer Science, Bachelor of Engineering or Technology or Engineering Plastics Technology and Bachelor of Engineering and Technology Manufacturing Engineering and Technology.

Eligibility For CIPET Joint Entrance Examination  2015

Educational Details: Candidates must have a degree from a recognized university or college. Candidates with degrees in the following disciplines are eligible- BE, B.Tech, B.Sc in Mechanical, Chemical, plastics engineering, production or the department of polymer.

Selection Process Details: Candidates will be selected based on their past academic record and performance in the CIPET JEE.

Application Process Details: Candidates can apply online at the official website www.cipet.gov.in. The form is also available on all Cipet centers. The completed form, along with all required documents must be sent to the institution

Fee Details: There is an application fee of Rs 250 for general category and OBC students and Rs 50 for SC and ST category students. The fee can be paid in cash at Cipet centers or through a demand draft drawn in the name of ‘CIPET’ payable at Chennai.
